Long-time TV guru Dr. Phil McGraw has recently listed his nearly $6 million Beverly Hills mansion, furnishings and all.
The 6,000-square-foot home has unique decorations. A dining room wall, for instance, displays a dozen military guns. The entry hall features a chair hanging from the ceiling. There’s a billiard room with a turquoise pool table. The grand staircase railing is fake tree limbs and the ceiling on the second floor is painted in a checkerboard style.
Dr. Phil's son, Jordan McGraw, explained the interior design. (quote) “The whole place, the idea is kind of movie director Tim Burton threw up on a canvas and it turned into a house.”
The new owner is likely to spend an equal amount to clear the home, scrub the place clean and redecorate. Click Here for the slide show on Realtor dot com.
