OG&E Says No Timeframe For Power Restoration Across OKC Metro

As of 6:30am Wednesday OG&E reported over 236,000 customers without electricity according to our news partner, KFOR. That number grew to over 275,000 as falling tree limbs continued to cause more damage.

Officials with OG&E say there are thousands of customers who have been without power since Monday, however, there is no timeframe for when power will be restored.

Nearly 2,000 crews are working to fix power lines and trim tree limbs.

Crews have restored power to roughly 92,000 customers so far.

OG&E also released a video statement via Twitter Wednesday afternoon to discuss the restoration which you can watch below.
