Carly Pearce Is Offering A Unique Chance To Shop Her Closet — Here's How

Carly Pearce is offering fans a unique chance to shop her closet.

The “What He Didn’t Do” star recently announced that she’s bringing back “Carly’s Closet” for the second consecutive year at CMA Fest in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Pearce, who is also set to perform on the festival’s main stage at Nissan Stadium, will mark the 50th year of the iconic festival with her charitable event.

“It has been so fun looking at all of my wardrobe and finding some good pieces for y’all to choose from,” Pearce wrote in a recent Instagram caption. She added that, inspired by her two dogs — Johnny and June — the initiative would support ASPCA. The nonprofit organization, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, aims to fight animal cruelty and encourage pet adoptions. Pearce confirmed in a tweet that the pop-up shop in Nashville, set for 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday (June 8) at Noelle Nashville, will also include an online option. “I can’t wait to see you all in these pieces soon!”

Pearce shared with PEOPLE that some of the items shoppers can expect to find include her red carpet dress from the 2019 CMT Music Awards, a dress she wore while performing at the Grand Ole Opry, a shirt and a dress she wore on the “29 Tour,” a pink outfit she wore while touring with Kenny Chesney last summer, and more.

Pearce is set to perform at Nissan Stadium on Thursday night, the first night of the four-day festival. CMA Fest — hosted by Dierks Bentley, Elle King and Lainey Wilson, and featuring performances by many of the genres hottest artists — will air on ABC on Wednesday, July 19 at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CT. Pearce wanted to know on Twitter on Wednesday (June 7), “What songs should I play?!”

Some Twitter users weighed in with Pearce’s career-spanning hits — including “29,” “What He Didn’t Do,” “Diamondback,” “Hide the Wine” and others — while some requested her recently-announced, unreleased duet from her forthcoming era, “We Don’t Fight Anymore,” featuring Chris Stapleton (it wasn’t confirmed at publication time, however, whether Pearce would include the soon-to-release ballad in her set list).

Pearce confirmed earlier this week that she joined forces with Stapleton on “We Don’t Fight Anymore,” after hinting at its release on her social media channels. It’s due on June 16.

“This song embodies a place that I think, if we are honest with ourselves, we’ve all felt at some point in a relationship,” Pearce said of the song. “The distance that feels heartbreaking, yet you’re also indifferent. I’ve always been a writer who never wanted to shy away from the ‘uncomfortable’ moments in all of our lives, and this song feels too important not to share. [Chris Stapleton], you made my dreams come true by lending your incredible talents to this song.”
