In Brazil, pizzerias push the boundaries by putting strange stuff in the middle of their pizzas, including french fries, crab, beef stroganoff, and even sushi.
With this in mind, the owner of the pizzeria Bate Papo – Roberto Dos Santos – is taking things to a whole new level.
As a way to combine dinner and dessert in the same dish, he offers grated coconut and M&M's as toppings.
He’s also created a pizza with an entire roasted chicken on top, as well as a whole lobster – and fruit, including a bunch of bananas and a watermelon.
And if it’s your birthday, he’s actually created a pizza with a birthday cake in the middle. (Vice)
