Ever wonder what would have happened if Justin Bieber burst to superstardom in the 1980s? Well, frankly, we have no idea because he was discovered on YouTube. Still, the good ol' Internet has provided us with a small slice of heaven in the form of an '80s version of his hit, "What Do You Mean?"

In honor of Throwback Thursday, iHeartRadio decided to bless your day with a remix called "What Do You Mean It's 1985," and it's scarily on point. Oh, and just wait for that sax breakdown!

In the description for the video, user TRONIXBOX revealed that sending JB into a time machine took a little more work than you would anticipate. "Justin's vocal takes a lot of work to sound decent in the 80s...(too breathy)," the user wrote. "For a while I couldn't find a way to make him sit in the mix. This is the best I've got. Probably sounds nothing like the original lol. Oh well."
