Ken Bone, the undecided voter (and inevitable Halloween costume) America fell in love with during the last Presidential debate, stopped by Reddit on Thursday for an AMA (or 'Ask Me Anything') interview.
Bone shot to fame after he and his red sweater asked the candidates a question about energy independence at Sunday night's debate in St. Louis. People were instantly charmed by the man's teddy bear attitude and earnest question about weighing American jobs against meeting the country's energy needs.
"What steps will your energy policy take to meet our energy needs while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly and minimizing job layoffs?" Bone asked at Washington University on Sunday.
Bone's fame has attracted a lot of opportunities for him. In a now deleted tweet about a new luxury option for Uber users, he tweeted: "Everyone wants to know if I've decided ... and I have, uberSELECT helps you ride in style like me." (Turns out, he may have accidentally run afoul of FTC rules with that tweet, explaining the deletion).
But it's not just luxury cars coming to pick Ken up. Turns out, Snoop Dogg is also a fan of Ken's. The rap mogul is an active user on Reddit, often posting under the username /u/HereComesTheKing.
In a top level comment, Snoop invited Ken to stop by his home for a little 'chit chat' and implied he had a 'special treat' for America's sweatered sweetheart if he was able to make it out to Los Angeles.
For his part, Ken seemed game for the challenge. He responded back to Snoop's question writing:
"I'm in LA late next week, maybe we can hook up. Big fan here. My dad wants to roll wit da Dogg big time, you me and him could do some tight stuff.
That didn't sound cool at all, did it?"
