Here are a few of the things that are going on this weekend in Oklahoma City:

First off, there’s this little show called “HAMILTON” that is at the Civic Center through August 18th.This incredibly popular, award winning show, has been given a big thumbs up from those who have already seen it during its Oklahoma City run.I will be there Saturday night.

*The American Quarter Horse Youth World Championship is at the State Fair Grounds through August 10th.

*It’s the First Friday of August.Head to the Paseo District for the First Friday Gallery Walk.

*If you love a good rodeo, then you’ll love the FFA IPRA-sanctioned rodeo held at the Canadian County Cowboy Church Arena in Yukon tonight and tomorrow night. The rodeo will feature performances by the Sweethearts of the Rodeo and a mutton bustin' competition.

*Tomorrow night is “Red Brick Nights” in Guthrie

*The Oklahoma City Energy is in town at Taft Stadium against Tulsa.

*Tomorrow (Saturday) or Caturday night, Myriad Gardens in downtown Oklahoma City hosts the Internet Cat Video Festival. Bring a blanket and lawn chair for some of the year's best and most popular YouTube and Instagram videos featuring everyone's favorite felines.

*Then head back to Myriad Gardens Sunday for the Twilight Concert series for some great Red Dirt Country music.
