Darius Rucker reminisced on a hilarious prank he once pulled on unsuspecting fans in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rucker surprised everyone at Madame Tussauds, a museum located in the Opry Mills mall that features wax replicas of Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Elvis Presley and many other celebrities. Rucker posed as his own wax figure (appearing near the wax figure of fellow country star Trisha Yearwood), and made passersby jump when he unexpectedly moved. He laughed after every time he shocked museum goers.

“Happy Halloween!! Y’all be safe and keep your head on a swivel 🤣,” the Carolyn’s Boy artist wrote in his caption when he shared the video again on his social media accounts on Thursday afternoon (October 31). Rucker’s post garnered dozens of comments from Instagram and TikTok users, including the Instagram account for the legendary Grand Ole Opry: “We think about this video often 😂.” Others commenters wrote: “Omg love this!! 😂😂,” “Awesome fun!! and his laugh!! 😂,” “Omgosh!!! I would die if I got to experience this 🔥,” “Why couldn’t this happen when I was there,” and “Oh my God I would die! 🤣,” to list a few.
