Kelly Clarkson has been absent from her talk show for over a week, and fans are starting to worry.
According to TMZ, the "Since U Been Gone" songstress "suddenly disappeared" from The Kelly Clarkson Show early last week, and actor Simu Liu has taken her place as host for the time being. While she did return for an episode or two amid her absence, the outlet reported that she hasn't been back on stage since March 5.
While neither Clarkson nor NBC has yet to release a statement regarding why the star has been absent from her eponymous talk show for multiple days, sources told TMZ there is no cause for concern.
Allegedly, the American Idol alum is "completely fine" and has been "dealing with a personal matter that does not directly involve her." The source promised that Clarkson would make a return to the beloved daytime talk show on Thursday (March 13).
In addition to being absent from the show, the star has also been quiet on social media and shared her last Instagram post (about a concert taking place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City) three weeks ago.
Information regarding whether the "Stronger" songstress plans to address her absence on the next episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show has yet to be revealed as the world awaits her return.
