Jelly Roll is slated to guest star in an upcoming episode of a fiery drama, and the powerhouse singer-songwriter will debut a new ballad that appears in the show.
The Beautifully Broken artist will guest star in an upcoming episode of Fire Country, a series starring Max Thieriot, Kevin Alejandro and Jordan Calloway. It follows “a young convict (who) joins a firefighting program looking for redemption and a shortened prison sentence. He and other inmates work alongside elite firefighters to extinguish massive blazes across the region,” its description reads.
Fire Country’s official Instagram account shared a sneak peek of Jelly Roll’s upcoming guest appearance, plus a preview of his new song, “Dreams Don’t Die.” The episode will premiere on Friday, April 11. “Dreams Don’t Die” will make its debut the same day. Jelly Roll’s wife, Dumb Blonde podcast host Bunnie Xo, commented, “he’s an actor now baby! 👏🏻” The reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Country Artist of the Year exclaimed on his Instagram story: “I’M ON TV AGAIN Y’ALL!!!!!”
Jelly Roll is the latest artist to be involved with Fire Country. Kane Brown made his acting debut on the show in 2023. In the same year, Miranda Lambert teamed up with Dierks Bentley on a duet, and Wade Bowen and Ashley Cooke headlined the kickoff of a live-streamed event as a nod to the show.
